The 'good way' to list your home

Clean and declutter

Clean and declutter

I've seen some terrible looking listings in my time as a realtor. There are no shortcuts to having a jaw-dropping listing. The FIRST major step is getting rid of all the extra clutter that makes your home AND yard look stuffy, followed by a deep cleaning.

Put it away!

Less is more. You want buyers to see square feet instead of all your trinkets and appliances that minimize a spacious appeal! The SECOND step is putting things away. Clear off all countertops (kitchens, bathrooms, vanity's etc) Yes, the air fryer too! Put all of the 'randoms' in a closet or under a bed.

Something to consider is that your listing is going to be blasted to millions of people that scroll through 3rd party real estate sites. You may or may not want your personal pictures or anything that alludes to your identity on the world wide web. Don't worry, we'll replace it with another picture if needed!
